Smoothies can offer a great healthy alternative for breakfast or lunch as long as you watch the sugary ingredients you put in and the calorie count. It is better to make fresh smoothies at home than buy them already made. Bought smoothies may have other ingredients that arte not as healthy as a fresh homemade smoothies. If you add protein powder such as Bob’s Red Mill, it can be a full meal replacement. This can be beneficial if you are trying to watch your weight like I am.
