I am a simple cook who looks for easy healthy recipes that don’t take too many ingredients, cost too much, or take too long to prepare. You won’t find a recipe on my page that has champagne as an ingredient because that’s not something I have in my every day pantry. Since my diagnose of diabetes and heart disease I am always looking for tasty low carb low salt recipes to try. This does not mean I save every recipe I try. My daughter and my granddaughter live with me and I cook dinner for them each evening. These recipes have to meet and hopefully surpass their taste standards as well.
